Smoker Series EP 1: 3-2-1 Smoked Baby Back Ribs | First Try at Smoking Ribs on the PitBoss 700FB1

Welcome to my first video! I'm hoping to work on the video quality as I upload :)
Decided to try my hand at making some homemade smoked pork back ribs on the pitboss 700FB1.
I used the Pitboss competition blend pellets for the best flavour.
Dry rub mixture:
- 2 tbps chilli powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
Applied mustard as a binder to the ribs, then sprinkled the dry rub mixture evenly across the ribs.
Smoked at 180F for 3 hours, spritzing with apple juice every hour.
Pulled ribs after 3 hours. Made little packets in tinfoil with 3 pats of butter and a drizzle of honey.
Wrap the ribs back up, and onto the smoker at 225F for 2 more hours.
Unwrapped the ribs & brushed with bbq sauce and let sit on the smoker for another 30-60 mins to let the sauce tack up!
I would probably do about 30 mins next time. I did closer to 1 hr this time and found the ribs to be just a TAD dry. Still pulled away from the bone nice and had great smokey flavour from the competition blend pellets.
