Path of Exile Best Trickster build
If we can agree on something then that would be the reworked Trickster is the "only" best thing about Path of Exile newest league, there is so much potential in this Ascendancy and the best way to take advantage of it is by playing a skill that relies on frenzy charges like Flicker Strike, we got Everything we need on the passive Tree so there is no stopping this Ascendancy from being the best one for flicker strike in the entire game, that alongside many other skills due to it's flexibility.

Guys for anyone looking for a "leveling guide", you simply DON'T level with FlickerStrike, instead you play a random spellcaster until you are level 85+ and switch everything to this build.

Im level 66 an used Flicker since the beginning it was really nice suffering. I seem to have one problem and its gaining Frenzy charges. Right now im Using Frenzy attack to get couple charges to to be able to flicker

@@MrDeadric 20% the gem, use Lochtonials and Maligaro's Virtuosity. You can also link Melee Splash/Ancestral Call/ Flicker Strike in a Lakishu's Blade at LVL 28 and it should feel good for leveling. I suggest frost blades beforehand, or Double Strike. After you can get Multistrike, then swap out Lakishus and put your Flicker setup in your main 6L or whatever you have. (Bosses can be rough until you get into the high 40's. At LVL 51 using a Terminus Est is a good choice to farm white maps until you can find good gear to swap and push higher tiers.

Instead of "Blight Silver Viridian Jewel" you can spend 2 points to +1 Power Charges Node and you can place Inspired Learning in the jewel slot (since you need 4 Nodes)

One Step Ahead doesn't 'stack' with Tailwind. All One Step Ahead does it make sure you can't go below 108%, it doesn't start you at 108% for action speed increase calculations. Any action speed you add to your build still starts you at 100% and increases from there. So Tailwind by itself does nothing since it puts you at 108% still. Great node regardless, and I consider not needing Tailwind a good thing for gearing.

Are you sure about this ? i swear i thought it stacks from how fast i was getting after i land my first crit. Edit: you were right, they don't stack lol Don't get tailwind on boots, it's a waste.

it says action speed is AT LEAST 108% which mean that is your new FLOOR tailwind INCREASES this because you cannot be below 108% at any time.

@@rannar777 Nope. It means you can't go lower than that, not that you've gained 8% action speed on your character. Thus you need to start from zero when considering additional sources where calculations are concerned.

@@joshuadavid985 Yes you have 108% because you can't go any lower. But not because the stat adds +8% action speed, and since it doesn't that's why it doesn't stack with other action speed increases. You having 108% action speed is just a side effect of another stat type.

It's honestly a shame you can't get as much attack speed on flicker as you could in betrayal. Still this is the fastest attack speed on flicker I've seen since the attack speed rework post-betrayal! Great work!

Poisonous concoction is fantastic for leveling on trickster, especially if you go to Poisnous Fangs + life/mana gained on hit mastery. Its close to the final tree and doesn't need a weapon.

Love this build, have put about 50 div into it so far and it's lacking a bit of boss dps but it's shockingly tanky given we're not using Grace Determ OR Defiance banner. How do you suggest capping critical strike chance? Are crit medium clusters worth the skill points for us or is there a better way?

It's best in slot damage wise, although with the current price of Divines getting a well rolled one will be crazy expensive.

I didn't. I put this together on Standard since i already had the currency lying around from 3.18 and before. it's impossible to play min-maxed builds in league no matter how good you are in making currency.

I'd say go spell caster, you will be glass cannon but it's the only way to have enough damage to speed level through maps.

i have 100 divines and trying to make this build but most of the items doesnt exist in this league, like glove, there are no gloves with +1 frenzy and strikes 2 addintiional enemy mod with an empty prefix or convert physical to cold

Pretty sure converstion is veiled mod and you dont need both modifiers - i mean they're great but go for # strikes then +1 frenzy. It really helps and frenzy isnt necessary if you can sustain it. Try to go either for +1 frenzy and +1 strike or +2 strikes with decent modifiers

If you can't afford a 6-L then you shouldn't be following expensive build guides, because the price of the 6-L is like 1% the total price of the build.

For sword mastery you have +3 to melee strike range but I though melee range doesn't effect Flicker strike? This build is fun while mapping but i get absolutely melted by some mobs and bosses.

Strike range allows flicker to catch targets from slightly far away, +we get 3% more damage from our ascendancy with it :) My defenses in this video are max block + spell suppression, check yours, they are not like mine then you will struggle.

@@PhoenixLive_YT I respected and beelined straight to charge and shield mastery at the end of the line and then worked my way back and survivability is night and day so far, so much better. I was only 91 so I had to leave out elemental and mark mastery but so far I haven't noticed any lack in damage.

@@PhoenixLive_YT I'm probably getting close to if not just over 100 divines in and my dps is sitting at around 7.5m. i copied all your items over to my pob for quick comparison with my items and fine tuning my pieces can make up for the missing dps but I'm still getting melted almost instantly in a lot of situations my block is at 75%, my evasion is at 12k my resistances are capped and my spell suppression is at 71%, Do you have any idea what I might be missing?

Remember that Block is an RNG Mechanic, i never said that you will be "Immortal" with this build, if you hate dying at all then you shouldn't have considered playing melee, i consider this build to be "Tanky" enough for Flicker.

Farruls Fur Chest gives you maximum frenzy charges every time you gain cat stealth buff (from Aspect of the Cat Crafted on any of your items), make sure to put "Reduced Duration Support Gem" inside whatever item that has that craft for faster frenzy generation.

@@Loskitz what i did when i started, i only took the hatred conversion To get my 100% when you have spare divines then you could get both mods on it. For leech theres the cluster jewel , if you dont have that you can use the nodes close To the frenzy charge at the top right side close to the assassin starting area in passive tree

The thing is, you can't level with flicker strike, especially if you start as a Shadow, it's impossible unless you already had your items prepared beforehand, hence i just tell people to play any spellcaster build and then switch everything to this build once they feel that they are high level enough.

I did tho. Bdw, I also do not like current state of PoE. Try Elden Ring till next league. The game is 11/10... Too perfect. And your guide is god damn good, as always. How about Impossible Escape on Conduit Keystone? You can get Spell Suppression, evasion, crit multi, crit chance and maximum life.

my damage is left at 2m. items are almost the same, we don't know where the problem came from, please help, it's almost the same as jewel, but I'm having trouble with damage, just because the gems are not awakened, it can't explain the 18 m damage in between
