Hopefully he doesn’t have the same problems with his that a lot of new tundra owners are having. I was a day away from buying one but all the videos of people having ridiculous problems with them turned me off.
Honestly black is the best color on this truck. Low-key hides the huge grill, makes it a bit less noticeable. Love the truck. My goal is to buy it in the next 2 years. Whether it be the 2021 or the 2023
Hopefully a 6 inch RC lift comes out for those soon. They’re pretty quick with getting that 6 inch out for new trucks. It would be nice to see this truck with a bit of extra lift and even some coil overs eventually.
@@40ozgaming40 mine is great. I had to drive to another state through the mountains a while back so I used that opportunity to really push the truck and test it at high speed. Felt great. Probably helps that I have the air ride system and the tires were Toyo open country AT3s.
All just be patient..... the inventory is starting to come in . In NJ I see dealer with 8-21 tundras in stock. They are marked up, but as the plants start to catch up, this pricing will change. I suspect it will start to change in the next few months. Hang tight and don't fall for the dealer bullshit they are feeding you!
You make great content. You should have way more followers. Truck looks awesome. What’s your most fav truck you’ve ever owned? You should answer that in your next video. Have a goodnight 🤙🏼
I’m waiting on my black 1794 to be delivered first week of march. The dealer is installing rc 3.5 vertex lift along with a Karven exhaust. I’m going kanati on a fuel wheel. Which fuel wheels were you running 35’s on?( model, width and offset ). Your channel has been very helpful.
Love the videos bro. I'm sure you won't answer but what happened to that spider? I know I wouldn't have driven without that spider being gone first. Either way, keep them videos coming. Got me thinking about a Tundra now.
What do you think of this new tundra, without offending me, it seems that they made it too thin, I feel that it even looks too much like the tacoma, I have no doubt that it is very good, but I don't know about the Chevy Ram and F150, I prefer the chevy,, Cheers
when they answer your question of "does it rub?" with "......shouldn't rub, no"...... means they have no clue and didn't check and hardly care lmfao. we know it *shouldn't* rub....i need a place that responds "no, it does not rub".
I was seriously liking these trucks until I noticed they don’t come with tow hooks/recovery hooks……. F for Toyota.. even the “off road” TRD PRO doesn’t have them…
nice truck bro. I have a couple of questions. 1. what Trim did you get? 2. how much did you absurdly buy it for? I'm truck online, however, while talking to a dealership, they say the mark up price will be upwards of $109k for what I'm trying to buy, 2022 TRD Pro. but online msrp is $73k.
109!!!! my local dealer here in NJ just sold their first TRD Pro in white for 7K over the MSPR. MSRP for a TRD Pro is $68,500. Your dealer is batshit crazy! The Pros are hard to get but 109 sounds stupid... sorry!
What size tire are you running and what is the over all height with the 3.5”? I have 83” to play with and will be running 35”s, I just don’t know if I can get the 3.5 or if I’m stuck with 2.5”. Thanks
It barely rubbed with stock suspension and they lifted it 3.5 inches in the front. No chance of it rubbing with that offset. The only chance is if you’re going over bumps or something.
It won't. In fact, you'd be surprised how many dealerships install lifts on brand new trucks and sell them under full warranty with the upgrades wrapped in the financing.
