The camera man is the GOAT he filmed a guy getting arrested in MC Donald's a security and police chase then another arrest then the security guard getting arrested and got a interview of the victim after all in 8 mins 20 seconds TMZ HIRE THIS GUY
@@LoudlabsNYC noticed the police didn't read the topless man his rights or tell him why he's being arrested, isn't that illegal? And the food seller kept saying I think it was the black guy in t shirt but I didn't see a second one do anything. So two men have been arrested who could be completely innocent. Noticed the security guard stopped acting like he was a police officer and stopped shouting when he was arrested for being in possession of a retractable baton, which if I,m not wrong are only issued to police officers. He kept saying that his employer issued it to him. So that security firm should be held to account and not the guard. Love your very gripping, interesting videos. Watching you from the uk, be safe out there while filming.
yeah but there's about 20 of them there so they have to be cunts to prove something for the other cops. most of them look spaced out lol. they look like shitty cops with no awareness.
And because of this, this is why they don't call the police..I bet he won't do it again then people be upset about why he didn't call when he saw something happened. This is why people don't get involved in others issues.
Vi M they need to have a license in NY to carry a weapon. We dont want civilians running around with guns making decisions so we dont have loss of lives. You care about your state we care about ours. I'm not a cop I say civilians as a military man cause half these dudes in the south with guns are lucky they dont shoot themselves in the foot everytime with proper weapon care.
@@SquidCena The question, as you are asking it is irrelevant. If a person is protecting themself, or others, then a baton, knife, gun, brick, car, etc. Is lawful when defending against a threat. You must agree with that. If not, you are not a survivor, but an unfortunate victim that hasn't been discovered. You asked "well what if you beat someone with it..." if it's not justified to use, then it is a crime. He works in a high threat occupation of being attacked, he should carry a firearm. Isn't that exactly the same with a cop when they work security detail?
@@BitcoinWillFixEverything dude... the Bronx isn't that dangerous where you need a gun?... With a baton, he could beat that guy down but crimes like this don't happen that much in the bronx...
That security guard went beyond his duties to secure the McDonald's. Had he remained inside and not run out he may not have been arrested for carrying the retractable baton. His arrest was total B.S.
Yeah and being charged with possession of a baton is a felony , dangerous weapon so he just lost his job and I'm sure he has criminal felony background now
I bet he will mind his business next time......Security guard gets a big "no thank you" and arrested after leading NYPD to the perpetrators. And he will have to find a new work site do to this video. He is famous now.....folks will not forget his face or voice.
Lol. The 📷 man was great. His video was clear, he stayed on the scene, captured all the 🎬, he gave commentary to let you know who was the parties evolved, he wasn't afraid to record any and everybody like most these dummys who tape situation like this, behaving the 📷 to the floor, none of that nonsense went on. He interviewed people, and had close ups, 💩, I thought I was watching an episode of 👮's. Can a news station please hire this man. He a one man army out in these street's. I was hightly entertained. The End!!!
laylay beautiful we actually have a team. But if you must know i went to the McDonald’s bathroom and when i came out i heard on my radio police were calling for backup at the same McDonald’s. I grabbed my iPhone had no time to grab my professional camera and ran back into the McDonald’s. Little did i know it would be our top video on RU-vid.
The Cops arrested the security guard who was trying to help??😂😂😂😂😂. That’s what u get helping the Police. They are like dogs. Unpredictable and will turn on you. Lesson learned.😂😂😂
@@heroldmutebi8200 Certain utility knives are prohibited in NY. They can arrest an innocent guy who used it on his job. If the tool can be opened by gravity it is illegal.
Jack Black every Police Captain/Commisioner/Governor/D.A: “Our community needs to trust law enforcement!” Me: “Sure but why, after situations like this?”
Now i see why that one security guard did not help that cop not to long ago,,, she got all kinds of static and had nerds and brown nosers talking about her and think she got fired...
That security guard was out of breath 😂😂 and kept screaming “ you’re going to jail, you know what you did”. I bet the thief without shirt told him “ I’ll see you there bro” 😂
That’s security guard should have not gotten arrested he was trying to help , that’s why many people see stuff and don’t get involve for the fact of getting arrested just for trying to help like this poor security guard .
I worked as a security guard before and tbh the more you try to help the more you get fucked over. I learned to mostly mind my own business and just do the minimum. As a security guard you're literally just a walking camera and shouldn't really intervene at all
So I definitely understand your argument, however, the description said he was in possession of a retractable baton. I assume that according to new York city law, you cant have that. I too agree that's bs, especially coming from a constitutional carry state. But that's why he was arrested.
Bobby Brady how’s he a idiot? The man got arrested for doing his job. Any one smart enough would know after a situation like that to just stay away from the bad and the back in this situation is the cops
goodvibes , I'm sure, but under the spirit of the law, I would have submitted to the district attorney an out of custody and taking the Baton as evidence... Almost positive it would not be a felony that. At least in the state of California it's not
Criminals can have a pistol, ak or uzi but a SECURITY GUARD can't have a retractable baton? What the actual fuck... Before captain obvious gets here, No shit they can't but all they have to do is random inspections in the projects, I guarantee you they'll make plenty of arrests for drugs, weapons and gang affiliation, They literally just don't want to lol.
Thank God I don't live in NYC. I'd be in jail for life because of my AR15. Arrest a security guard for having a baton, wut in all of thee actual hell? No thanks, I'll stay here in Texas.
Wow they arrested the guy for having a baton despite doing his job as a security guard and helping the cops. That is beyond infuriating. I hope he didn't do any jail time and/or got the charges dropped.
NY is really fine. I live here and I never had an issue. I'm a fat dweeb lookin white kid and can actually say the bronx and ny as a whole is a lot safer than just about every single major US city. Never get bothered. Cops really dont care much, you can smoke weed and sell coke in front of them (seriously go to canal st) so I'm dead surprised they arrested this guard
I wouldn't even visit them at this point. As far as I'm concerned, we should build walls around these cities, and let them become the United Cities of America.
It's really funny when cops say you don't need to record because they're recording 😂😂😂😂 Yeah okay because you guys have never hidden evidence before or taken years to release it.
Besides the fact that they may hide evidence. It's also silly when they say that because they have body cams that shake around a lot and don't show the entire scene, as opposed to a hand held camera.
Blackseed1978 my samsung s7 looks good at night. it can see things i cant. not dark night but night like in this video try a lower resolution at night maybe 4k isnt good for night but i just am guessing
@@1stoptech you right but he can't remember a dame thing shit he ready to send all blacks to jail can't understand shit he saying but I had bought some fruit from its pretty good but only a few rotten grapes lmao
I rather you not help or cooperate with Police, All about not helping the police lol thats even better lol, he was just doing the most trying to be accepted. And all over some fucking apples and oranges csn you believe that shit lol.
So the criminals run around with whatever the hell they want, but a security guard can’t carry a baton? The laws in NYC are ass backwards. And I’m sorry I’m extremely pro-cop but shame on those officers for arresting that guy after he just helped them.
If u work as a Security guard. Never help the Police the NYPD will arrest a Security Guard. For Minor infractions on the law but wont Arrest a Fellow police officer
bret too not only that if you are security officer you are a flashlight cop please don't get killed over somebody else stupidity you're not a cop you are a rented snitch so just keep on snitching and keep your ass otter real nigggas way cuz you going to get fucked up and that goes to any security officer in the fucking world
notiv that job is about a pay check. They teach u that in the 16 hour class dont act like a cop only thing is call 911. A security guard can see someone get stab to death his job is to get to a safe place call 911. End of story. 33 security guards where killed on 9/11 u never hear about them.
A lot of people are commenting about "why did he get arrested" "he was just helping, never help the police". I totally understand what you guys are saying, but the description said he was arrested for carrying a retractable baton. I assume new york city law forbids carry of any type of weapon. I too think that's complete bs, coming from a constitutional carry state. But that's the stupid reason why he was arrested.
willia3r that could be true, and he may have eventually got off free because of it. But I don't know new York law for that, maybe he or the company thought they could and they in fact couldn't. Again, I think its bs and he should be allowed to carry whatever he wants, especially as a security guard in a not as safe area.
I just like to try and look at things from sides, from both angles. My personal opinion is in line with yours. That it's stupid and you shouldn't be arrested for that if you're not prohibited from possessing weapons.
John Kent totally agree. Really stupid laws in new York and or new York city are to blame. If he were in nearly EVERY other state, this would be no issue. Especially in my state.
No they don't..........The only, and let me repeat, "ONLY" requirement is that if they restrict your movement/freedom in any way, shape or form and begin questioning you, they "MUST" advise you of your Miranda Rights or whatever you tell them cannot be "Directly" used against you in a court of law. As far as being told what you are arrested for, In Devenpeck v. Alford, the U.S. Supreme Court explained that although it’s certainly “good police practice” to let a suspect know the reason for his arrest when taken into custody, there is no constitutional requirement to do so.
I've been arrested and they don't tell you shit and if they see you do something they don't have to read that Miranda thing either. Sometimes you don't know your charges til you're in county a day later and they give you your card with the list. If you don't know what you're talking about don't pretend like you're a lawyer
I'm sitting here thinking about how many items I carry in my car every day that are illegal in NYC. I'm up to 4-5 (depending on activities)... with a possible 6th being a .357 bullet keychain that doesn't have a firing pin. That's crazy. Even worse to think these people want to impose their way of life on everyone else in the country. Ugh.
*They complain about "food deserts" and no fresh fruits and veggies in the hood and when someone provides that service they are robbed for their effort...*
@@HappyLife-tg8yy Actually the cops fuck with you more in the Bronx. That's no secret. You can even get arrested for asking someone to swipe you on the train. Even get arrested for J walking. The cops in the Bronx are a joke. They arrest just to arrest

For having an illegal weapon? He can say he has a permit, but if he doesn't have it with him then it's useless to even mention it. Once he proves it, then they will let him go. Simple.

duane howard I'm not sure if you're addressing me or not since you didn't add a username to your reply but releasing bodycam footage is a transparency issue. This video is a prime example of newsworthy footage caught on bodycam that should've been released to the public if requested. I don't "bitch about shit I don't understand". You seem to have assumed to know what whomever you were responding to wanted AND why which makes me presume you don't have a law degree of any kind. Are you a LEO? That would explain a lot.
duane howard lmao that's not how jury duty works. You have to be picked for jury duty and it's disruptive to my career, my family, etc. Why watch these videos if you're not a fan of transparency? There's no need to make multiple replies btw, you can just edit your original reply if you have more to add.
Anti-communist, anti-liberal, anti- baby murdering fucks, not anti-American. Don't give a fuck what you note Mr. McDaniel. I'm pro America just realistic in that most of the cities are filled with communists that think they are liberals. Fuck'em all this country needs a reset. So note the anti communist ranting fuckstick
I guess the security guard forgot the old adage, no good deed goes unpunished. We can all learn from this, if the cops come up to you asking for assistance or where the suspect went point in the opposite direction.
I know the area well and thugs and kids up to no good hang out in groups of ten or more in McDonald’s without buying anything. And I’ve seen the security guard doing his job above and beyond what he gets paid to do. It’s a pity he was arrested.
@@robertklone8437 He was not using a baton on innocent bystanders, he was using a baton to stop the thieves. Use some common sense please. The security guard should have not been arrested.
