These videos contain all 22 possible skills exactly as you should perform them for the Georgia CNA exam or any other state that uses Pearson VUE for testing. For the skill portion of the state CNA test, you will have 30 minutes to perform 5 skills. Your 5 skills will be selected randomly by Pearson VUE except that they will include Hand Hygiene as your first skill. You will also have one measuring skill (either Pulse, Blood Pressure, Measure Urine Output, Respirations or Weight), and you will have 3 other randomly selected skills. These videos and the testing techniques used in them can help you pass the skills portion of your CNA test. Good Luck!

Did you forget to remove the shoes after sitting him back in the bed? Or does it not matter when we are doing the test?

Daisha View Removing the shoes is not a step on the Georgia test. Check your state guidelines for the specific steps to be sure it is not different in your state.

Do you think I failed the skills test if I did not assist my patient to sit up? I made sure she was wearing shoes and her feet were flat on the floor, but I didn't physically assist her to sit :/

No, you should not have failed for that because it is only one small step of many and it is not a critical step. You should have received a report that told you what steps you did not do or did not do correctly in any skill that you failed.

@@asoriero It was part of a critical step: "6 Before assisting to stand, client is assisted to sitting position with feet flat on the floor" :( I just took the test yesterday so was anxiously looking online. I just need to wait and see I guess.
