Good day po sir, for the floor area of the house nasa 138 sq.m po including ang porch, carport at veranda sa likod. Para naman sa estimated construction cost for bare finish nasa 3M, for standard finish nasa 4M at sa luxury nasa 5.8M. But since pabago-bago po ang presyo ng materials at labor cost each year maaring hindi magiging relevant ang estimated cost na binigay ko next year and the following. also po, dahil "ESTIMATED" lang po yung cost maaari po yan mag bago depending on the site condition kung saan itatayo yung bulding.
