What a terrific presentation. You showed the surrounding area including the road, explained the various views from whichever building, illustrated some of the pricing for a unit, demonstrated the different parking options, spoke of the DMCI Lumivent technology (every condo needs this), and even gave a walkthrough of a model unit. Well done!

Hindi naman po talaga papayagan mag construct ng isang highrise building ng basta basta kung hindi pwede. :) I know and I understand you po. No, they will use the same materials to all units but you can request them not to install it.

Hi Sir Jason! No Sir. You can request to uninstall other deliverables just pay 100K construction bond it’s refundable upon turnover, kindly check with your agent if it’s already cut off for the non installation request of your unit. After turnover, you can change interior features.
