$300K, wow, outrageous considering there are no tarred roads in the vicinity. Ghanaian developers now need to factor in reliable sources of infrastructure(tarred/blocked paved roads in their development) and utilities(Solar + Borehole) if they want to achieve these outrageous prices. Go to Kenya or South Africa and you get a similar/better product for two-thirds of the price....

Jasmine, you look different. I have a very small tv in my bedroom, but the big tv is in the living room. I dont watch that much tv. Mainly youtube on my phone. So im good with a tv in the living room only.

US price includes "Community appeal": amenities - paved roads, sidewalks, electricity, water, wi-fi, in general ambiance. 90% of these things mentioned are absent. Substance is missing.

I love the open concept in the design of this lovely home. It has a lot of American influence in the architecture. Large masterbedroon.a walkway some green, comes with all appliances. If I was moving to Ghana, I will buy it any hesitation. I also understand that E. Legon hill is a nice area, in Accra. Great job, Jasmine. Your presentation was excellent as usual. You always put in the good work.

I thought l saw your post earlier but l couldn't find it until now,3.25am monday morning. I am like that too, l hardly watch Tv anyways,so it's only in the living room. Bedrooms should be for relaxation, reflection and planning.Weird enough,the bathrooms are my favourite in this house,good quality tiles,colour and workmanship seems high.. Jas greetings to you and your production crew. Very compact property, neat, well appotioned and it appears well finished. A con for me is the positioning of the toilet in the primary bathroom why is it so near to the shower unit.I Like the fact that capacity for generator and security cameras exists. Clearly this home price is focused towards the overseas market. We are aware building material prices and finishings have increased significantly over the last few years, but at 4.6M GHC its not a starter home. However, if you were my neighbour big big plus, community is important. 😊

It wouldn’t cost over 70k to build this but they selling it for 300k😂😂. Living room is not really that spacious. Kitchen is beautiful tho. Soo far my favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the shower. The lightning is cute. If it would be sold for $150- $175k it would be a good price to buy it for but 300 is just sick
