Hi David, that’s due to some of it raising due to wear and tear and during the separation of the lodge and putting it back together it will be difficult to get the floor up to our standards again. So we’re redecorating the lodge which is included in the price
Giro: WHY? It's made of wood and the old fox can blow the house down. Stick with Bricks and Mortar and see it appreciate in value, not like these which will be worthless in 10 years' time 😢😢
4pop: It's certainly NOT cheap. I buy houses MUCH cheaper than this, and it's freehold, no one tells me I have to pay exorbitant site fees, and when it's old, that it has to go.
@@NunyaBiz7 I have bought houses for £33k, £34k, £36k, £53k and £68k. They were all in County Durham except for the £68k which was in Stoke on Trent. I used to buy, refurb and sell on as a hobby after retirement . . . The problem with that area is that the properties don't increase in value like they do down in the south of the UK, they might increase by about £3-£4k over a 2 year period, very slow 😒 Hope this answers your question ... 😊
As somebody like myself with a long-term disability that single that would be perfect for myself to live in all year but I know the councils do not give you licenses out it's a shame because people like myself with disabilities need this type of a combination and I'm more than have the money to pay for it
No need ....lots of mobile parks in Spain that provide mobile homes of this size. Also, wouldn't recommend shipping over a home of this size to Spain in view of transport fees,ie around £10,000. However, this particular model would need to be transported in 2 parts, ie £20,000.
Couple of questions. 26-1-22 Is it still for sale ? Would you consider leaving the decking for extra fee ? Third bedroom, redecorate to office ? Thanks. Sid
