Hi skaters. Here I break down three skills. Drill One will help you get power at the rink, drill Two takes you through learning the Spread Eagle Slide and finally drill 3 gives you a set of skills to develop into the Strut.

oof need to do some hip opening exercises for the spread eagle! I can't get it at alll

You can practice doing open the door on&off skates. I balance on one leg with knees slightly bent and put yourself in a Tstop position then put your foot down slowly. Then go in reverse back to the original position. It helps me alot at 41.. that pose is NOT for the mature without stretching first 😅 Best of luck to you.

I'm really struggling with understanding how to do one foot lemons/bubbles, my normal lemons are ok but one footed, my inside wheels kind of drag when I try to use my inside edges so I end up slowing, not gaining speed. How do I fix that pleeeease?
