@Q Ball Gaming I have found out when you put the 1st refiner down that if you put the 1st one down then put something in that makes nanites you can then move nanites over to input slot then place the other 2 refiners down to dupe nanites aswell just thought I'd let you know for those struggling to get nanites.

It should be noted, at least for Method 2, that it duplicates _everything_ in the refiner. What you put in, the fuel, and the output if you've refined anything; refine a ton of Hadal Cores until you reach the cap (4095) but don't collect them, throw in another ten Cores, then duplicate. You get the Cores, however much fuel is in it at the time, and the 4095 Nanites that are sitting in each refiner.

Thanks for the quick update, Q! I appreciate the effort you put into your videos. Can you do a post 4.0 Waypoint video on the best new jetpack setup? It used to be so great, now since we can't 6x stack mods. I wish they would have boosted exocraft speed if they were going to nerf our exosuit speed.

The personal refiner glitch also works with the nexus missions. there is no one in the anomaly, just start a nexus mission, then run back to your ship and do and autosave. reload and boom, nexus mission cancelled and refiner refilled.

Yea they nerfed a lot of money making ways so for existing players just to get back on track it could be the best way I’m glad it was helpful my friend happy holidays:)

I stumbled upon a dupe glitch on my own just yesterday, which I have recreated many times. 1. Place a base computer & portable refiner 2. While the refiner is empty, select to move it then cancel the movement. 3. place any item in the refiner, (both slots are available for this glitch.) 4. Select to move BASE COMPUTER then cancel movement. The number of times you select to move and then cancel is the number of dupes you will receive. 5. Dismantle the PORTABLE REFINER(S). (you will dupe both the refiner and the items inside of it. The one downfall is that your inventory will get filled by refiners and duped items, so you will have to discard the refiners from your inventory. tip: leave one refiner to craft a new one so you do not need to re-craft the crafting items.

Damn that second one is just too easy 😂 The only downside is you need a lot of inventory to keep stacking your dupes plus the refiner, but I'm not complaining!

I used the method where you go to the Nexus, make sure you have something in your personal refiner, when you exit your ship the first time, it auto saves. Go and accept a mission and say yes to multiplayer, go to your ship, take the item out of your personal refiner, exit the ship, it auto saves but not the same way since you are doing a multi-player, reload and your personal refiner is full again and you still have the stuff you pulled out of your personal refiner previously too, rinse and repeat. This way you don't have to look for someone on the Nexus to gift stuff to.

Don't know why but have only managed to get the 3 refiner set up to work one time. Stacking them on top of each other is just more reliable for me, stack 11 pick up 10 rinse and repeat. It is amazing that you can spend hours duplicating stuff and barely make a dent in your upgrades. It's still better than spending 100's of hours just to get to the same point playing regularly.

The first two don’t require it to be either single or multiplayer, but the last one requires multiplayer. There is apparently a non-multiplayer version of the last dupe, where you join an Anomaly mission, and reload the save; I’m not entirely sure how to do it, I was only ever aware of the last glitch.

Well, they screwed the chlorine makers bigtime. The cost of O2 quintupled while the selling price for chlorine went through the floor, from an average of 602 to 205. Oxygen was averaging 42/each and is now averaging 211. I'm curious if they hosed the SD farmers as well. O [Edit: someone in Discord suggested the devs were trying to address the market crashing problem, but they could have fixed that by not letting the market vary in the first place.]

The best cure for this situation: use the 3-refiner glitch. It works like a charm. However, the profit potential versus the time consumed now still makes the new version a P.I.T.B.

@@anymice you can. go to your difficulty settings and set purchasable goods to Abundant. But this will void any achievements you would've gotten if you were playing survival or permadeath or something

Agreed, the dupe exploits work through Waypoint 4.0 Update. I am not able to get any dupe glitch to function in Fractals 4.1 and up (three small updates after Main Fractals release). Help???

If it's not killed, it is in the critical care ward where the outcome is definitely in question. New players are going to have a really difficult time getting to the point of being able to get into class S ships or obtain class S multi-tools, unless they are outlandishly lucky and stumble upon a crashed class S ship. This sucks.

S class ships and mods are not that difficult to get. With duplicating a new player can obtain an s class ship pretty quck. New players who do not will progress at the regular rate. The game was never mean't to achieve s class anything in a few days to a week, takes time. My biggest gripe is exosuits and ships getting nerfed. Now my ships feel slow and cumbersome flying, it's a disappointment. I would say if it wasn't for the Nintendo Switch port the nerfs more than likely wouldn't have happened.
