I rly have to say this : after I did Qi Gong for the first time in my life, I was SO, SO amazed by it. I only made the very first exercise of Qi Gong and after those 20 minutes, I was able to relax, able to let things go off of me. After 10 yrs of worst depression and anxiety, this simple Qi Gong just brought me back to the state of mind I misses for so so many yrs. I didnt do qi gong for the last 2 months sadly, but i know when i start to do it again, this natural feeling will come back. And im more then serious that if i do it more often, it will get me into a healthy state of mind for a long time and with this mindset, i could go outside again and feel normal again, im pretty serious about that. Such an amazing concept! No need to take meds anymore, etc but to constantly practice qi gong is what you will make health,.
QiGong has helped me more than any Physio' after a TKR. It is the most amazing, simple, relaxing and most important muscle strengthening, calming exercise and provides me with the ability have better balance (yes, I am getting on a bit) with every time I practice. The best advice I can give anyone is to practice every day, even if it is only for a few minutes. Sometimes you can not do a movement well, but don't give up, keep on, please, practice improves your ability every day. You may not notice but others will, I give you my word!
I love you, Lee Holden. I remember you when I meet you at your parents' house. Your parents and your brother and sister are beautiful people. I am so happy for you and your beautiful family and the live you created it for yourself. I hope your parents are well and in good health. Blessing. Chantal Piscopo
WOW! THANK U SO MUCH FOR CLEARLY EXPLAINING HOW & WHY WE WANT TO DO THESE MOVES! I’ve become enamored with everything Qi Gong🤣! I’ve saved a few more of your beginner videos besides this one-they’re all amazing!
Good evening Lee. Just wanted to drop you a message to say thank you for such a fabulous insight into Qigong. Dr Melissa Kerr recommended your guidance as I am new to qigong.Looking forward to seeing where this journey will lead me. Thank you again & have a fabulous weekend. Warm regards Jayne 🥰
Good morning, I too have been using your 20 min morning routine and love it. Hard to describe how one feels after it, I just feel right! I have forwarded it to my friend and have asked her to try it out. This is a brilliant set of moves that I am going to try and use at school . Thank you so much for sharing your skills with us.
First off. Great exercises. Second off. You earned my subscription for laying it out for me. While I value lessons, part of why I picked this videos was so that I could practice along while listening to some music. You have such great body language and was able to sum up the exercises that I didn't even have to listen to the words. I just paid attention to the movements from the movements themselves to the breathing that and worked accordingly.
interesting exercises, I have been interested in the first two for some time but maybe didn't find an explanation online I was satisfied with. I was wondering if these movements need to be practiced in this order and for what length of time to experience the benefits.
