Love being able to get such a good amount of information in a short, concise video! Skin health is so important, but I think a lot of people don’t realize how much what we put inside of our bodies can affect the outside of our bodies - in good ways or bad ways!
Thank you for sharing, I have been struggling with a terrible flare up for about a year. Sometimes I just want to crawl out of my skin! I hope someday I have normal skin ❤

1. Can you speak to the time range and dosage you took for these 3 supplements? 2. Are their dosing based on a gram/pound ratio or something else. I have a toddler who has persistent flare ups and have been giving 1g Omega-3 twice daily and will be looking to add a probiotic and GI support. 3. What are your thoughts on L-histidine supplementation for Filaggrin production?
Great content! :) Thank you for sharing your insight! 😊 When you first start taking probiotics, is it normal to feel like rashes are getting worse for the first few days? Is it a sign to discontinue or just a temporary die-off reaction?

Hello. I watched a lot of your videos, a lot of information. I have a question, would be thankful if you can answer: Its been 2,5 months since I eliminated dairy, gluten, sugar also eggs, took probiotic ,now taking L-glutamin , but I still have this quite bad flare up. Does it mean that this diet didnt work for me, cause seems people have improvement, or totally cleared their skin within couple-few weeks on this eliminating diet? Thank you
Hi Natalie, thanks for checking out my videos. I'm afraid I can't answer your question completely without knowing your full medical history and performing a physical exam. But what I can tell you is typically for an elimination diet you eliminate the food for 30 days and then reintroduce one food at a time for a few days and notice if you have any worsening of symptoms, then the next week you can try reintroducing a different food. Gluten however is recommended to eliminate for at least 90 days before reintroduction (the antigens circulate longer in the body). I know it can be really difficult figuring out what foods may be triggering but it sounds like you are on the right track, so keeps up the good work and have patience with your skin as it heals.
For glutamine powder I like the brands Vital Nutrients, Pure Encapsulations, and Designs for Health (esp. their GI Revive powder). Probiotics I like are Garden of Life and Renew Life; also Microbiome Lab MegaSporeBiotic.
I am taking glutamine on empty stomach in the morning upto 5 grams but eczema flaring up rapidly with restriction food and also taking collagen in the evening.

Yes, these supplements would all benefit psoriasis as well as they are targeting inflammation and improving gut health. However, there are also additional supplements that can target psoriasis more specifically. I try to do a video on that in the future!
Dr .Sarah can eating too much pizza casue flare up i know the change of season can do it my grandson love s pizza and its it once a week and is barleans a good brand of fish oil
Hello there! Yes, potentially this could be a triggering food and he may be reacting to the gluten, dairy or even tomatoes in the pizza. To rule this you can run an allergy test, food sensitivity test or do an elimination diet and keep a food journal. And yes, I like Barlean's fish oils, great for kids!
