After a certain point, there is natty genetic limit, especially if you train for over 20 years. I have almost maxed them out after 10 years of traning than next 10 years maybe 5% progress

Thanks for this. Doing Anabolic and I knew I was doing my rear Delt flys wrong but, didn’t know why, and learned I was also doing lateral raises wrong. Going to lower the weight to see if I correct my form.

I've been taking a scoop of EAAs in every workout drink recently. I want to say I feel a bit better during the workout, but not sure it's actually doing much. I will continue to check if it helps break through my plateau.

I'm surprised you didn't discuss any of the benefits of rucking. Peter Attia, Robb Wolf, and Gabrielle Lyon talk about it extensively. Studies have been conducted on weighted vests for walking and have seen great benefits in perimenopausal women including improved bone density and V02 Max. It's not about calorie burn or "good if you want to get good at walking with a vest on."

53:39 You're adding EAA's to your "regime"? 🤔 You're like 50, dude. To live about 5 decades, and still not have figured out the difference between the words regime and regimen, is wild. Haha. Especially as a guy who works in the fitness space, and the word "regimen" is somewhat commonplace.

I guarantee you it didn't say they're interchangeable. You're suggesting that regime can be used in the place of regimen. That's just not the case. Link me anything legitimate that states otherwise.
