Very well edited and produced but as a veteran coach that b-roll hurts to watch and undermines the points that you are making. I'm sure there are better clips out there to demonstrate more skillful execution of the technique that you are highlighting.

Hi love this video, really well done making something that can be very complicated, easy to understand. My only question is about the curved back causing elastic recoil. I have been taught the British rowing technique method which is to have tall/strong posture throughout the stroke as you are in a stronger position. I.e swing forward but do so with a straight back. Like I’m a deadlift this is a much stronger position to push off the footplate. And allows u to carry more momentum on the back end of the drive. So could you clarify what u mean by curved back, do u just mean rocking forward or do u actually mean a curve in the spine?
