These are awsome ideas. I started replacing all the hardware in my house before this but now I want to add a wood accent on my other bathrooms mirror and paint the cabinets thanks, this was exactly what I was looking for.
I get it, there's a desirable video length for monetization, but this is excessive. This is a 3 min vid at most. 1. put a border around you bathroom mirrors ($5 to $10 range) 2. Update the hardware and paint on your kitchen cupboards 3. Recessed lighting in the living areas
Bordered mirrors are a taste, not universally preferred and round knobs are easier to use and more natural than “handles”. Thanks for sharing but If I was buying your house, I would not be influenced at all by your tips.
Living in a limon would put me off. That wall paint color is atrocious and most people will think "work" when they look at the house. I would actually offer less for the non-thrill of repainting all that.
It is mystifying that you recommend these simple changes and DON'T SHOW THE RESULT. A simple "before and after" shot of only seconds would carry the day. Knobs aren't as attractive as handles? Why not SHOW how attractive they are when installed?
