3 Cold Cough REMEDY ( for 1+ toddlers, kids & adults )
important: Please do not offer these for babies less than 12 months
RECIPE #1 - Lemon & Honey syrup (cold cough remedy)
Ingredients: ( for #1 - lemon & honey syrup )
1/2 - lemon juice( fresh ) or 1 lime juice
1 tsp - honey ( use 1/4 tsp for 1 year old baby )
note:
for 1 - 2 year olds, use 1/4 tsp honey
for 2+ year kids & adults - use 1 tsp honey
RECIPE #2 - Thyme or Tulsi water (cold cough remedy)
Ingredients: ( for #2 - Thyme or tulsi water )
1 tbsp or 20 sprigs - Thyme leaves
( or 5 tulsi leaves )
1 tsp - cumin seeds
2 cups - water ( 500ml / half litre )
RECIPE #3 - Orange & honey juice (cold cough remedy)
Ingredients: ( for #3 - Orange & honey juice )
1 - orange (small) or 1/2 big orange
1/2 cup - water ( drinking water )
1/4 tsp - honey
note:
For 1 - 5 year olds, use 1 small orange
For 5+ year kids & adults, use 1 big orange

It's midnight now and my 3 years old daughter was severely coughing continuously non stop for 15 minutes even after the cough syrup given after supper. Same here my 3 yr old daughter and 6yr old son refuse to take any type of medicine unless it has no flavor at all which the only one I've found flavorless is hylands cough medicine but it doesn't seem to help that well

I agree with hoping this works but my dilemma lies with a toddler with a healthy appetite not wanting to eat or drink rn. Hopefully he drinks some of it so I can finally rid him of this cold.

I use turmeric powder and pinch of black pepper powder in warm milk before going to bed.simple and effective for me and my kids also

Finally went on Google to check night time coughing remedies n I found ur video...I tried ur Honey n lemon without heating honey but, finally after hrs of coughing my princess is sleeping,though she's still coughing little but m at relief that finally she can sleep atleast for a while. Hi Asha :), she likes the lemon-honey & orange juice as it is naturally sweet :).. thyme water, not much.. but i try to give in small amounts like 5-6 times a day :)
