Hello! I have also struggled with this. I have to mention that i played the game on computer. After countless tries I can say that you can make the move after pressing the A button faster. If it still doesn't work when pressing fast, then you need to speed up and continue doing so until it works. Today, I have done the Green mist from Red Dragon for the first time, and managed to do it 2 more times afterwards. It is hard, but I believe that it's duable if you keep practicing the fast pace rhythm. Hope this helps. ;)
