In my opinion one of the major reason for brands to use 3 cylinder engines is to improve their after sales service business Coz , due to the higher vibrations and stress produced in these 3 cylinder engines most of the spares needs frequent replacement when compared with 4 cylinder engines .

Thanks for knowledge sharing bro. Planning to buy Altroz 1.2 Petrol without turbo. Is that good option? Unable to find 1.2 with 4 cylinder that has good safety in premium hatchback category. We also need to compromise in any one of the thing. First time car buyer. Kindly share your inputs bro.
If you are a first time car buyer I could recommend altroz because it's a very comfortable family car in terms of safety, stability and highways handling. Decent initial performance but in mid and high range it's equal to 4cylinder engine.
Politicians and millionaires are enjoying the comfort vehicle with journey with high cc engines people s tax money.but peoples are not capable to bought that type of vehicles because rules and regulations and taxes are we only have they don't have.
For Tiago it ok the three cylinder but punch altroz and nexon these are more than1200 kilos so only the engine is struggling . For four people tiago is better for power mileage etc. Missing Tiago jtp!!
