If you want to start with a fun video/song “ Sheikh el shabab” or a more serious betrayal song like “ Enta Eih”… There’s also other ones if you want: Elissa (Lebanese also) Sherine (Egyptian)
Nancy Ajram sings in the egyptian dialect. He should check out old schools like Fairuz, Sabbah, Majida El Roumi. Plus there are a lot of modern Lebanese songs sung in the Lebanese dialect from singers like Wael kfoury and Assi El Hallani.
This is pretty cool. You may like Light of Babylon. The lead singer has beautiful voice and the music is very unique and pretty mellow yet passionate. They're from Turkey and they would probably appreciate the views and probably won't have a problem with you reacting to them.

Both taken from the Egyptian , most of Arabs sing in Egyptian dialects even Hebrew take the Egyptian music beside Turkish and Greeks and out their languages in our melodies .. our music loved by all Arabic speaking countries and the whole Mediterranean region despite the differences of the languages
