I got Bali belly a back in 2009. I was a veggie back then and was the only veggie in my group and the only 1 to get sick. Its awful. Loved the vlogs.

Cant beleive u went all the way to HongKong and ate Macdonalds!! And didnt go to the best Disney park ever 😳😏

Hi Hun hope you feel better it sounds like your suffering from IBS I have this a lot get severe cramping pain is so bad u can't keep of toilet and it also can make me sick it can be caused from stress and certain foods take care hope you both enjoy rest of your holiday ❤

I travel with diarrhea relief tablets just in case, thankfully never needed them. Probably because I avoid eating outside except once per day, either lunch or dinner. Rest is packed snacks

Always drink bottled water no Ice in drinks, stay away from salads which probably been rinsed in tap water, plain food best bet

awee nothing worse...noticed you had the ice cream ...one thing to stay away from...if you cant drink the water the ice cream always get you...happened to me in India...also the street foods can be a bit dodgy ...I couldn't eat for 5 days....stay hydrated ...its all part of the experience ..I feel for you girl...

Demi hope you feel better. Lesson learned when planning trips look up the country you are going to for medication for upset tummy etc as egypt for example in uk we take imodium that does not work for egyptian tummy i always research then find a chemist the first day and stock up on whats recommended if you need it its there if not does not matter some one else may need it hope you are ok now x

I grew up in Kawloon and went to KG5 international school. Amazing place to grow up but I’m not sure I’d like to go back now. Is Stanley market still going? If so you have to go just for the experience 😮. Have fun x
