FYI, 99% Alcohol is preferred for repressing powder products, but it is not a better option for sanitizing makeup. 70% Alcohol is what you should be using. In order to sanitize the surface the alcohol has to have more of a water content so that the alcohol remains on the surface for a longer period of time. Ideally it should be wet for 10-15 mins to be considered sanitized.

This video is Really helpfull for beginners but actually you shouldn't use more than 75% alcohol because it's "freezing" bacteria instead of killing it. Besides of that I love the video and your channel. You deserve more subscribers!!!! Love you!!

If you use a t-shirt to repress the shadow like in the third one, you get the little lines in the finished product that look kind of like it comes new. I did this with a broken blush I had dropped and it looked like brand new!

Hey girl! Is it safe to use a spray bottle & spritz the shadows/highlighters/brownzers etc...basically any powder products really..to sanitize them? Also, how about liquid lipstick or glosses that you've either just swatched on your hand or used once or twice to see if you could make the color work for you? How do you sanitize those? Or even can you? I've got quite a bit of makeup that really doesn't work for me from subscription boxes and I'd love to sell it rather than just toss it, I just know that someone out there will want/love it... Help me out please?? Thx so much!

I just spray with my brush sanitizer spray.....but I also don't use used make-up from strangers so I guess further actions should be considered

Ohhh i know this ...my sis was head channel representative and manager of channel counter ...she used to give me all kinds of stuff including sample stuff that had only been used for shows and makeovers like rooms and weddings we used to do this stuff all the time 😁XOXOXO FRM FORT BRAGG N.C!!
