The main point is you cannot use the GED certificate as your proof of finishing high school education when you apply for DV lottery. The rest is beyond the scope of this video. You can research it online.

စာပိုဒ်ဖတ်တဲ့အခါအဖြေမှန်ရွေးနိုင်အောင်နည်းလေးတင်ပေးပါလားဆရာ၊စာပိုဒ်တွေသိပ်နားမလည်ဖြစ်လို့ပါ English level လဲ Pre-intermediate ရှိပါတယ်အထူးသဖြင့် RLA, Science, Social Studies အခုလိုတွေတင်ပေးလို့ကျေးဇူးပါဆရာ

Pre intermediate level is not enough. You need at least intermediate and upper intermediate level. Try to improve your general English level first.

GED is not a formal education but an alternative to formal high school education. That’s why GED is called a High school Equivalent. Currently GED certificate is not accepted by US Diversity Visa Rules. Maybe the rule will change in future.
