No matter how over played this song has been over the years I'll still listen to it again and again. It's just a really really great song. The singer kills it live, what an amazing voice
People hate on autotune way too much. I don't think most even know what autotune even is, they kinda just assume it makes your voice perfect. No. That's so far off lol Autotune can be used as a tool just like a guitar or drums. T-Pain is a good example. He has a phenomenal voice but uses autotune because its his style.
@@itzshiori7403 If you have the voice, why would you need technology to help you? If you are good at playing guitar, then you need no help. You advocate using technology to circumvent talent is an affront to real talent.
To be this is based on of the man of steel superman basically the song has a similar sound kryptonite that is Superman‘s weakness so yeah it’s probably superman song
This is my personal favorite rock band! I listen to 3 Doors Down when ever I an feeling blue...they are my Kryptonite! They bring me back to happiness!
Fantastic song! The drummer drives the song with that high energy killer beat. Excellent musician. And Brad Arnold's vocals were power and perfection! Great band!
First time hearing this live, they fit in with a lot of great bands that actually sound grat life, like on album. Nickelback, Buckcherry, MatchBox 20/Rob Thomas, just to name a few who are incredible live. Amazing performance
MISSISSPPI GULF COAST checking in. These boys are from right up the road from me. RIP Matt and I hope Todd is getting help for his addictions and making amends while he's serving his time...

I took a walk around the world to ease my troubled mind I left my body laying somewhere in the sands of time I watched the world float to the dark side of the moon I feel there's nothing I can do, yeah I watched the world float to the dark side of the moon After all I knew it had to be something to do with you I really don't mind what happens now and then As long as you'll be my friend at the end If I go crazy then will you still call me Superman If I'm alive and well, will you be there holdin' my hand I'll keep you by my side with my superhuman might Kryptonite You called me strong, you called me weak ] but still your secrets I will keep You took for granted all the times I never let you down You stumbled in and bumped your head, if not for me then you'd be dead I picked you up and put you back on solid ground If I go crazy then will you still call me Superman If I'm alive and well, will you be there holdin' my hand I'll keep you by my side with my superhuman might Kryptonite If I go crazy then will you still call me Superman If I'm alive and well, will you be there holdin' my hand I'll keep you by my side with my superhuman might Kryptonite Yeah! If I go crazy then will you still call me Superman If I'm alive and well, will you be there holdin' my hand I'll keep you by my side with my superhuman might Kryptonite
One of the few bands that sound as good live as on the album RIP MAtt Roberts...we will miss you! these 5 are the most average looking rock band ever. I mean seriously
In 2012 first heard the song was mainly intrigued with Melody and lyrics and official video too. 10 years later I've been messed up emotionally with relationships and it brings tears whenever I hear it but kind of cheer up too, great song, great live performance here and RIP Matt Roberts 💗
Many years ago now, I went to Rome, and turning on the TV at the first thing at the hotel room there was the official video 'Kryptonit' playing, and was hooked. Then and now.

I recently worked with Matt's dad and he told me the story of how the band was formed. Mainly because of Matt and Todd. They recruited the singer, who was a country singer, who had the lyrics. One of their first "get togethers" Matt came up with the music to the words and immediately knew it was a hit.
Am I the only person who thinks the Singer looks like Michael Shannon? Incredibly appropriate considering thats the guy who played Zod in Man of Steel xD
