It is avocado season everyone and I am looking for ways to eat avocados aside from the usual avocado toast.
Let's do avocado fries vs. condensed milk avocado!
How to make avocado fries:
1/2 avocado
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 panko

I’ve seen so many versions of avocado fries and this is the easiest I could think of. All you need is the batter ingredients and throw it in the air fryer. Just make sure you put a lot of panko all over the avocado slices.
I love the crunchiness on the outside and how it's perfectly soft on the inside but it tasted very bitter.
To tell you the truth it tastes very healthy. Just not a fan of the bitterness. But it is good with the
Sriracha and mayonnaise sauce:
1 tsbp mayonnaise mixed with 1 squirt sriracha
If you don't mind the little bitterness of the avocado, then this may be a good recipe for you.
Try it, you might like it!!!

How to make condensed milk avocado:
1 tbsp condensed milk
1/2 avocado...
Just mix it together
This tastes like avocado smoothie or if you have tasted or have made avocado ice cream. It's a really good dessert. I do this recipe every avocado season.
This recipe may be a filipino thing because some people think it's weird. But I like it.
