I plan to work it into my routine as well. I do suffer from a lower lumbar herniated disk. Anyone think or know if this is safe for someone with this issue? I'm pain free and willing to try but just wouldn't mind a little feedback if known. Thanks guy, keep it up!

Awesome vid, posture is something I need to work on. Quick question, on the first exercise does it really matter if I’m performing a pelvic tilt to keep the lumbar straight or is it okay to be more relaxed with an arch? Cheers in advance 👍🏻
How many times a week would you recommend doing this? also for long (weeks, months, etc) or it's continuous thing we should be doing even if our posture gets corrected?
Great video Jake how do you know what we need or what we are going through great stuff ! I’m noticing from all my years of bodybuilding I need much more mobility and functional workouts in my life the injuries are coming the older I get!
