2:49 qual o nome dessa broca? Ru costumo fazer mas não sei o nome, ele é excelente para criar força explosiva no tendão de aquiles enquanto desenvolve elasticidade nos Quadriceps. Para mim essa broca é superior ao agachamento

Fun fact altis re- enginering su with randall huntington the cours that just is out say many similar things. He use resistens in the drills like sled,. 1080. exogen and one other Thing i can not remember nam off He also uses short to long

Is a single leg squat the best lift for acceleration or step up

It’s hard to say “this is the best no matter what” but the single leg squat with a forward shin angle is my favorite for acceleration

Best exercises for standing broad jump? I do parkour so this is important, but can't jump to save my life. Got better at squats and deadlifts but it made no difference to jumping.

In your tierlist for explosiveness you mentioned that extensive A skips are really good for ankle stifness, but what is the difference between that vs running a mile?
