Ping abuses me. Not the other way around. I get so miffed from dying to a headshot when im behind a brick wall. Or getting one shot when they're not aiming at me.
For me personally the only server i can play on is the asia server. Around 50 ping, the rest ?? Over 200 lol Cant even play on ony of the US server. EU on OC are the only other server i can play on and both at 200+ ping for me
"These are two different teams..." If the Hunt community is dwindling, it is for this reason. Everyone just camps, right next to each other, and the first team to move gets attacked by everyone. I'm usually the solo instigating fights between everyone. It's insane. The game used to be full of chads who would fight it out. Now? Nothing but campers.
I think it’s important to keep in mind that this game is not intended to be played like CoD 🤷 This game was awesome even if I had to make the first move 👍

I don't have a problem with a stealthy approach, in fact, a friend of mine nicknamed me, "Mr. Ratwell," because of how sneaky, yet aggressive, I am. When a guy with Rat in his name is complaining about camping... as you do, in your video (very gently, admittedly), then it's clearly becoming a problem. Of course, that could be said of any FPS, especially extraction shooters, as they mimic reality. Love the vids. Sorry to be a whiner. I just love the game. So, sometimes I hate it, too. @@sylvesterpenn I think anyone can get frustrated if there is no movement from the opposing teams over an extended period of time. We are trying to play the game and have fun after all. I think it's a tough balance. Too much camping is boring and too much shift-w gaming takes away from the vibe that this game originally tried to capture. Thanks for watching! ♥
The ping abuse argument is stupid. If my ping is high, I have a disadvantage too. I have been forced to play on high ping servers a few times and I lost every single time. Hunt does not have servers in my region so I have to play on EU servers and the best ping I can get is 160. If you want to sell the game in my region and take our money, then we should get servers too. If not, people shouldn't cry about my ping. I would prefer to have lower ping. I can never be better than average since it affects me too. But I paid my money for the game, I bought all the skins, so I will play. There is NO advantage to high ping for anyone.
10:50 I know you have to be a little politically correct for youtube broski but the truth that everyone knows is that the chinese ruin the other servers. That's why they don't even play on their own server, because there are cheaters in 25% of games which is just insane. They should put a ping limit for sure. You have buddies across the world? too bad. Never had this issue in my gaming life. Usually you have friends in the same continent as you.
Not about being politically correct. I’m not a big fan of putting all chinese players in a box because some of them cheat. A lot of non-chinese players cheat too, in fact I know of several who used reshade actively back when that was a thing. I should add that I haven’t ran into a confirmed cheater in hundreds of hours 🤷 I see your point but I think it’s a bit harsh and generalising.
@@REXNOR_TV I normaly think you are a high mmr player and your enemies should be high mmr players too. İt was the last thing to come my mind you will play against that low mmr players. I see now why your enemies just playing like dummies most of your videos.
I know people like to think that high ping gives an advantage but it flat out sucks for both parties. it's terrible to be the one with high ping and to be playing against them. I think one of the reasons people do it is because they like to grief others. I am someone that had crappy net for a while and i can tell you that when I got good net my performance was WAY better.
Obviously the bow and flachette don't work exactly the same way, but it's funny seeing Rex who mains bow also find flechettes appealing because I ran flachette for quite a while and have recently found I really enjoy the bow.
I really like using Caldwell Rival with Dragon Breath, you can still 1 tap people if you're close enough, and it also produces extreme pressure unless they got salveskin, i prefer it over flechette on the rival, not sure why it just feels better, you should try it, it's super fun :D

i dont really see a problem with high ping in hunt since hit detection is always client based in hunt in other games when it server based: yeah thats a problem cause then your shoots cant hit high ping players the only problem with client based + high ping is late trades but late trades is way better than not hitting at all i see zero problems with late trades... cause you dont get good clips? who cares? if you headshot me on your screen iam dead! doesnt matter if my ping is 1000000000 you just might die 10 min later cause i hit you too i usually play on europe / russia yesterday i played us east id say its more of a downside having high ping especially if you in for the clutch... cause: you might get hit by zombies after they are dead, doors not open the moment you open them while in a clutch interacting with a lot of doors you are really feeling the ping and its a big downside i never ever had a problem fighting chinese teams in europe... i feel 0 difference 80% of my fights are less than 30 meters... never had a problem late trade? yeah who cares... either i necro or mate rezzes me
