I have a big question there's a quest in ventures that I've never seen before. It's Destroy: No escape Destroy fire escapes in a 23+ zone

I have no idea how to complete this quest I'm almost at pl 46+ quests and that one is a 23+ quest. Also there hasn't been a single exclamation mark on the screen telling me where one is was it meant for the other ventures zone that we were supposed to have.

Have you tried different zones yet? City, lakeside and so on? If yes then I advise you to look for a bigger house in a city zone. And destroy the stairs on the outside.
