3 finished apartments terrace of 25sqm in a peaceful location, 200sqm of garden garage 

I like this house better than the one last week, when I last commented. However, none of these 3 apartments have a living room. Where do people sit down and relax? You can't sit in the kitchen all day, or on your veranda, and you don't want to be laying around all day either. None of these 3 apartments have a functional kitchen, no closets, no cabinets. They should have divided the house into two, and not three. It would have allowed enough space in each apartment where one could live comfortably. I am guessing the cantina belongs to someone else. Does the train still run?

how peaceful is 'peaceful'' with an operating train track straight outside your door/windows/terrace... such a shame really, nice building...

I really like this place but I have worked for the Union Pacific railroad since 1998 and retiring (4.5years) only to hear the train horn may just put me over the edge 😂

All I can think about is a train that close going by.

Wouldn't this be a lovely place to live. The views and the terrace are stunning. It is a shame about the rail tracks just a stone's throw away. As long as it is an occasional train and doesn't shake the home, it would not be a bad place at all as a holiday home for a large extended family.

The text say's "This block is owned by two people, and three of them have been renovated to a nice level. " So, the not renovated part of the house is not included in the sale?

TBH too close to the train if it still runs and as someone else said, where is the living space and if i was going to show property I would at lease clean and sweep out all the mess and dead insects everywhere before showing!

Nice property but I don;t think that anybody would like to live so close to the railway station, even for free :/
