#3 - Focusing on Yourself 

Hi people, it's me again and I've wanted to do this one for a little while now but just haven't found the time as I've been busy lately. I wanted to do a bit on how to focus on yourself as it's something I've been doing for the last month.
I have found a few ways in which I have focused on me and my development and just wanted to share them as well as provide a little update on my life I guess.
As always, if anyone (I don't care who you are) has any issues or feels overwhelmed at all, then know that people are here for you. I am always willing to be there for people and help them if I can, if not then as I mentioned before, there are various helplines that ARE useful!
