Thanks so much for the encouragement! 😊 I’m not exactly sure how long the property has been empty, but I suspect the seller may have inherited it from a relative, so it could have been vacant for quite some time. Most of the droppings I’ve found are definitely from rats-I discovered a dead rat in the small bedroom and another one in the kitchen sink trap, which wasn’t a pleasant find at all. Rat nests were everywhere-in drawers, shoes, buckets, and even inside the back of kitchen appliances. Cleaning it all up has been a real challenge! Have you ever dealt with anything like this?
