I wasn't expecting the moomin collab at all!! Kinda funny they pulled the classic "one more thing" moment from game Conventions Also, 2:13 that person in the audience who went "NO WAY" is so real for that lmao
When i heard it i was like "Holy S- A MOOMIN COLLAB SO ANY PEOPLE WANTED THIS LET'S GOOOOOOOOO" and was also like "THEY BROKE THE PATTERN OF EVERY 5TH SEASON IS A COLLAB"
During the 6th shard event in the Season of Shattering there’s the giant red shard that’s mid-shatter, when you fly up to collect the winged light if you focus on the shape of it before collecting you can actually see its 2 sky kids hugging rather then the regular singular kid standing. My theory is the 2 embers will be about those 2 kids
I really hope so too. It would be unfortunate to see our beloved not done well in the world of Sky. But for me, the saddest part is that I will not be able to have of the [best] cosmetics etc as they will undoubtedly be costing real money 😕
I didn't think I could get more excited about the Moomin colab and then they showed Ninny!? Is her story going to be central to the colab? I will sob like a child oh my goodness!

I've been holding out for a Moomin collan and I'm so glad it's a whole season and not a shorter event like the Cinnamoroll one, I desperately need a Snufkin fit XD
I saw the Moomin leak on Reddit and thought it was for the cafe. I had no idea it was a full season. 😮 The Two Embers seasons sound so cool. As a (sorta) Aviary moth, I always suspected the Hopeful Steward would have a much larger role than the season allotted for. :0
I'm gonna be completely honest.. I've only ever heard of Moomins, never actually seen it.. however I'm super excited to be a part of it!! I'm also extremely hyped for the Two Embers animation and the seasons!!!!
Im really happy about the announcements but I also don’t know what to think 🤔 two embers as a 2 new season gonna be fire cause I love sky lore For the moonmin I’m a bit less excited,I love the characters and I think it will goes well on sky but I’ll have to see beta vids to get excited ! Happy for tgc tho they grew so big now 🥰
I confess that I'm more looking forward to the collab with The Two Embers than the collab with Moomin. Moomin is practically unknown to the public in my country but it is an opportunity to discover a new work! (I didn't know Moomin myself and my reaction was... I've never seen! Who this Moomin?)
The various moomins series are free on youtube! I recommend watching a few episodes of the 90's one, that is the one most folk think of. You'll get a feel of the series like that.
I don't remember if that was ever mentioned since the first time a trailer was released but hopefully it will be on multiple platforms & freely accessible to everyone.
I had never heard of Moomin until now, I decided to watch the 90s series to see what the show was and I really enjoyed it. Is there any other Moomin stuff I should look into? Just wondering for the new season😊 (Snufkin is my favorite😋)
I am so excited for the Moomin crossover! I've loved that franchise so much. I can't wait for it to enter beta testing and I can't wait to get myself an adventure pass once it hits live!

boring? you know you can skip it right? and yes pretty sure its a season based around it since they wouldnt give us some small event since thyev have been planning it for a long time/.........
i do know moomin is from Finland but thing is for sure Finland is together with Estonia and Estonia have (Lotte the Gadgetville) imaginating that would be amaizing collab also!
I’m not familiar with Moomin other than having heard the name somewhere before, but it’s great seeing so many people are excited for this! The storytelling potential for “Two Embers” is already killing me with just a few trailers, partly because it looks so beautiful, and partly because we all know this ends in a very broken Sky in some ways. I hope the soundtrack will be available to buy on its own, cause GOSH, it’s haunting so far! (Also, if that’s our Aviary’s Steward in the new longer preview, that poor baby is going to need all the hugs.) It’ll be interesting to see how they bring the series and the game together with upcoming seasons.
this is really exciting, but also makes me wish they will keep the meditation area all the more, aswell as implementing more functions that keep the sanctuary vibe that Sky had for the old players. Sky is getting increasingly more mainstream and crowded/busy and it's making me pretty anxious
I wish there were toggles to customize what constellations of players I want to play with on any given day, from “all friends” to “solo mode”. Re: “Crowded and busy”: I have to agree. I like the people I’ve met, and I like helping players when I see a need, but I’m also an introvert and can easily start to deal with overstimulation and anxiety, especially if I’m already drained when I sit down to play. I know they want the game to focus on kind interactions with others, and I love that, but I actually feel I’d be able to bring *more* of my best to people in Sky if I had greater control over when and how to be social. DND spells don’t fully meet this need, since those have to be regularly acquired, and they still rely on others to notice and choose to respect the spell. Journey can be played solo or social, and I’d love Sky to be more similar in that way someday.
Nooo, I've heard of moomin but never watched/read it and now I feel left out T_T. Is it a book or something that I can watch? Could someone tell me please so that I can catch up :) Edit: ok I googled it and apparently it's on... uhh I think it was called Rivia? And Disney+ and I have neither of those 😭😭😭😭😭
