I recently caught and built a like 90 % skarmory. Have him paired with whiscash and lanturn hopefully i can gain some purchase with this team

ive been really appreciating how roles and move coverage interplay. similarly, i use swampert lead quick charging only one weakness, frostlass (safeswap) and toxipex (psedo safesawap & damage sponge). would be awesome to meet sunday, i will be playing central park am, walking to the park for the PM. as far as randels island without the park bonus, you should hang there if you want to meet fans/are sick of grinding. playing there without bonuses is not so hot as due to fewer stops/limited spawns and constricting layout. that being said, exclusive content aside, i had more fun meeting players than i did playing the event.

Hey Dan! Why dont you try (Shadow) Feraligatr? Its rank 1 in Safe Switches and it suits your strategy of force win lead (better than Sableye imho) and than RPS the backline. Also Feraligatr and Skeledirge is actually a great core (except for Lanturn that is)! I've been using it as lead with Shadow Gligar and a third and its great for me, a slightly better Swampert - very similar stats, but it has fast move pressure and lets you farm down. WIth ice beam you one shot almost all grass (sole exception is Meganium I think) and Altaria and otherwise its just Hydro Cannons all the way.

Funny enough I built your exact 1st team with Jeli in the lead. I also thought Jeli would be better in this meta but also felt underwhelmed and moved on.

Went to new york go fast last year, kind of dissapointed that they did it in NY again. But to answer your question people do hang around to meet creators and talk with other players but spawns would be better in the city. The merch store line was LONGGGGG. The best stratigy I found was taking the bus stops up and down manhatte but it gets boring. Central Park has nice often spawn and more than so in Bryant Park (from my expierence). But I more just walked through the city with my friend and would go to Central. Hope this helps! I cought 50 shinies last year and no hundos

Long time subscriber, and i would caution against posting a vid on your new team for grinding . It will probably be countered hard and then the process starts over again. I know it’s highly anticipated, but 99% of your loyal viewers know what the team is based on your hints. We just wanna see you succeed and climb!

After your time on Randal’s island there will no longer be spawns there for you. Basically, you don’t have a ticket for the afternoon event, so you will have zero spawns at all. But you will have the city experience the rest of the day Saturday. I’m going Saturday morning, and planning on hitting the city after. Probably Central Park. I’m staying in the middle of time square.

In the matchup with the first team where you double shielded Umbreon and they had a toxapex in the back, that wasn't the team that led with mantine, it was the hakamo-o which makes sense. Hak weak to ice and fairy, tox covers both. Regardless I don't think you ever two shield Umbreon, like ever. Especially with Gligar on the team which performs incredibly up shields against basically everything in the format except Skarm Also the sandslash azu core has been around for ages. Please don't call it a Jonkus team lol P.S. If you do vlog during Go Fest that would be great! As someone who will probably never travel for Pokemon Go, it would be awesome to watch one of the more down to earth content creators showcase their experience.

Don’t hang what are you doing out on island if you are in park in the morning. City play and since you are staying there it makes more sense. Be aware of fireworks traffic and closures on east and west sides so unless you want in on that stay clear Thursday night. And avoid the very southern area/statue of liberty ferry / financial district - tourists a plenty

Love this channel please don't become like pokeak and count jinsula there so negative and have nothing positive too say so in turn i learn nothing from them but you teach me alot ty...my advice,use reg victeebell its better then shadow... yes the shadow does more damage but if vic has more bulk and can hit charges more im the end it does much more damage..i use rank1 magical leaf victeebell regular on my main gl team and its great

hey dan! I was able to attend GoFest last year. Randall’s island will be great for ticketed players, but after your session is over, there isn’t much to do. However, there will be a ton happening in manhattan (central park, bryant park, honestly, the whole city) that most people head back to the city when not participating in the park portion. I’ve got my ticket this year for friday AM, let us know if you do a meet up on Friday, I’ll already be in the area and would swing by for the meetup.

I always stop umbreon teams because it is just so fkn boring :)
