I actually clicked on one of ur videos by accident. Listened to it, WHICH MADE ME MORE CURIOUS ABOUT YOU, and watched this one. I like the simplicity of your videos.... a nice white background, you in a nice black/white outfit so I'm NOT DISTRACTED by something else and am TOTALLY focused on U! Because I want to learn more about what u have to share.....loved these 3 tips..... which are so true, especially the last one and being helpful to people... Well, I decided to subscribe, which I do not do lightly. I'm a 66yo retired exec.asst/acctg asst also and a quilt designer/maker, writer (unpublished just yet) and researching how to work from home so my life can improve. My mobility has diminished due to a fall, Drs aren't helping, so I'm fighting back by not waiting any longer (gave them 4 1/2 yrs), getting new Drs AND improving my income so I'm not dependant on anyone. I can't wait idly, although it is what I must do pretty much. Though while sitting I'm researching, planning and settings goals. I only have my cell phone now, but will hopefully have a laptop by end of year and put my plans into action. You seem like an amazing young man with a good heart and I wish you many blessings for a successful career and blessed life. I'll very analytical also, my daughter teases me about it. I don't care, I'm me and my heart is huge. I forgive easily (unless used) and, like you, I care about people and believe in giving freely as it will return to you 10 fold. Thank you for sharing. Btw, can you do a video on balancing personal life (e.g.,, taking care of yourself, spending time with family and friends, etc.) with business life sometime? I spent the past week and a half grinding out a lot of 12 hour days working for clients (I have a sports statistics business). Now that I finally have a few days off where I can breath, I can piece things back together. But, how do you go about keeping your personal life balance amongst all of your hard work?

Great point! As much as we judge the social media algorithms, we have to judge our own content. The algorithms are in place for a reason, to prevent bad/incorrect content from putting off users.

I'm self taught in branding/content marketing and have been working with my boyfriend's lifestyle brand to help with the brand's presence on social media. The challenge we've been facing is providing interesting content between merchandise releases (typically summer and fall seasons). The business is not as lucrative as it's been in time's past so, we're looking to come up with creative ways to provide relevant content for followers. It means get off the chair, volunteer, meet people face to face and network, chat at grocery store, park, start smiling and say hello, how are you today! Get involved with the community meetings, church, I'd u believe, or join a gym, bowling league or some sport to get yourself out there arguing others to share similar interests, network, etc. Habitat for Humanity is a great volunteer program if you're physically fit. They help people in alot of ways. You'd be surprised who volunteers for them. I know a young VP at a bank who does. He's awesome! I'm old do I can't, but I do but things from RESTORE which is a donation place like GOODWILL, but they use what they earn to give back to the community. Good luck!!

Neil, would you buy an existing domain for backlinks? It was purchased last year by the seller and they did nothing with it. It has a large amount of backlinks from quality sites in my niche but no traffic due to no on page content. It’s got good DA and time established.
