Hey Sean, thanks for all of your generous advice! When it comes to seo different platforms (Facebook, Google etc) pull content from a site, great that you were specific about which fields they're pulling from! Is there more we should know about, in terms of seo and the airbnb platform? Such things aren't always that easy to see when you don't see the inerds of a CMS. And also, you probably already done vids on it (too lazy here to check it out, since I'm on the mobile), but if you haven't: I would like to see one where you - from a seo and social media marketeers stand point - created a listing.

Sean I watched one of your videos where you had apts that look the same so you said you ran them like a hotel I love ❤️ that idea! (Just watching so many of your videos I. Can’t locate it right now) So how easy is it to move someone from one unit to another? I was thinking I could get a 4 plex and/or an 8 plex and decorate them all exactly the same and not give the guest their unit number until the day of their stay. That way if I needed to move them to another unit no big deal because it’s decorated the same. This would also be good if someone in lets say unit A wanted to extend their stay but you had someone coming. Then just move the incoming guests from unit A to whatever unit is available. It would just give you more flexibility.

Hi Sean, in your experience, can getting high number of clicks on an airbnb listing lower its page rank? I have been thinking of using facebook/instagram ads for promotion and provide airbnb listing as the booking link. But, I keep hearing that 'click to booking' ratio is an important parameter in airbnb ranking algorithm. I guess my question is what's the right strategy in using FB/insta ads for promotion.
