I thougth this video was lost. I used to play it for my grand son for made him happy. He did enyoy long hours watching it and falling asleep. My grand son was just 3 months old and this was his lullaby the time he was in my home. Blessings for the person who put this art piece for us, thanks a lot for it.
Time flies relentlessly. Our lives are not as we would like them to be, but this masterpiece reminds us to do our best and live out our short, transient lives of less than 100 years
I have it in my computer just in case it disappears, it's one of my favorite videos on RU-vid. When I was studying far from home I used to hear it at night, it was my moment of escape.
@@benm.16& all the fans of this video here. This is a happy day! I, too, was so very sad when i couldn't find it and this version of Satie's 3 Gymnopedies, 6 Gnossians. I played, watched, & listened to this for 4 years all through college. It helped me keep my sanity! And I kept it in my favorites for regular viewing after college. I wanted to send it to a friend, then felt so low when it disappeared! I noticed before, all the video credits were to a Northern European group of videographers. I had wanted to contact them to find out the locations of the videos. Did anyone here copy that info? And Ben, how did you save this to your computer? I definitely want to do that too, just i case. Our collective love of these beautiful images evidences how important nature and music are to human survival.
@@antheakaranasos2047 It's good to see other people feeling something about this video! You can search for software or sites to download the video, I personally use the "atube catcher".

Thank you for this. Satie's works and the marvelous videos are a supreme match. Over the years, I've shared this treasured video with my friends. Again, thanks! Richard
A los fotógrafos, camarografos y equipos en general que con mucha dedicación han hecho posible gozar de éstas imágenes. Agrego la elección de la elección pianística de E.Satie.
DEAR FRIENDS ALL -- FANTASTIC , AMAZING , VERY BEAUTIFUL , DIVINE VIDEO -- ABSOLUTELY BEST OF DIVINE VIDEO in RU-vid.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I;ve been searching all over for this wonderful slice of heaven!! Thanks for uploading again. Where is this photographed? Alaska, Northern Canada,? Where?
I believe the video displays sequenses of the Danish Baltic Sea (Kattegat), the Wadden Sea in Northwestern Germany (Friesland), then some Norwegian Fjords, before jumping over the Atlantic to the North American continent (probably Canada and/or Alaska).
According to the notes, it is Jean-Yves Thibaudet. His interpretations of French composers are particularly good. He is still touring- make the effort to hear him play live, if you can.
There is another video with the music of Satie. The picture resolution is not great but the story is from one of my favorite authors, Italo Calvino. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EZ9cEZhiGPw.html
I wondered that too, and when it was up originally with the name of the production company (maybe part of a documentary?) I had thought of contacting them to ask. Wish I had. If anyone here saved the original and has the "SHOW MORE" details listed with that original video, I'd be grateful to have it.
