My father and mother LOVE the red roasted pepper tomato sauce! Thank you for the fabulous recipe. I used shrimp the first time I made this pasta dish and can’t wait to try the lemon sauce pasta!
thank you, the second one looks interesting to me as I regularly use carrots and bell peppers in my pasta. Idea of charring the bell peppers and making sauce out of it never truly occured to me. That also reminded me that alot more can be done with grinding out alot of such flavors in the mixer.
They look delicious! I'll be sure to try them. The pesto one reminded me of the green pasta I ate once, but is made with Mexican Chile poblano, maybe you could try to make some one day! 😊

I recently discovered red bell pepper pasta sauce and I am in love with it! I used the recipe from the channel “Not Another Cooking Show”. Adding Calabrian chilli peppers and a bit of the oil from the jar to the sauce gives it a nice kick! The channel wonder also recommends roasting the red bell peppers whole so you can scrape the skins off before making the sauce (apparently, the skins can give people a bit of an upset stomach). Peeling the peppers takes a while for me though, so I might just leave the skin on next time.

Just recently discovered your channel…love your recipes…I’m going to make the lemon 🍋 pasta dish easy and simple 😋…. Love that you get right into the cooking
The first recipe was really good, but the second. Wow. Although I used 1) fresh tomatoes (and about 1 cup of pasta water for extra body) instead of marinara, and 2) 1/2 cup of heavy cream instead of cream cheese. It did turn out to be a bit more watery than I would have liked, but otherwise absolutely delicious!
Yum these all look delicious! my quickest and easiest pasta dish is to simply use whatever hummus I have as the sauce. I'll mix it in the pot, after the pasta is drained and I add pasta water to thin it out and add in the pasta. Simple, easy but oh so delicious
I just made your recipe and omg, it was delicious. For the chicken I used smoked paprika,salt, pepper, 21 seasoning from Trader Joe’s and cayenne pepper. It gave it a nice kick along with asparagus. Thank you so much for sharing this simple but amazing dinner.

I am currently in love with pesto sundried tomato & green (Spinach or Kale) I simply can't stop, it's so easy, I also love red pepper in homemade sauce!
I just did the second one, but mine turned out more like a soup! Guess the tomato made it liquidy and that marinara is the one to go with. Or I should have put less than half a cup of broth. Hope next one will turn out more consistent!

in italy we normally don't put cream in pasta al limone so leave that out if you want to try the traditional recipe :) the pastas in this video look great tho!
I just made this using healthier options, for the pasta use Zero Pasta, for the creamer use an oat milk creamer or mix 1tsp of flour or almond flour with 1/2 cup of almond milk or oat milk. For the butter use ghee 😊 turned out delicious(: we ate it with grilled chicken but I’m sure it’s be delicious with shrimp as well!
Or just use olive oil instead of butter, don't add any cream and instead use brith and pasta water to get a starchy sauce. You can also use egg to further cream it up but careful not to omelette it. Basically do a carbonara sauce, Italian style (no cream) with a difrerent base.
Im so excited to try these, ive made your ratatouille pasta probably 4 times now. I’m a pasta lover who wishes pasta was better for you lol these are least give it a nutritional value boost.
Could use some help from anyone who has a tip.. just made the red bell pepper pasta. Taste was excellent but the consistency I got wrong, it’s not nearly as smooth and velvety as in the video. I used a food processor and the purée function - was that a bad call? The other thing I can think of is my peppers not being soft enough. Thanks !!
What type of cream would be best for the Al Limone one? I hadn't used cream in pasta before so I am uncertain xD Wonderful recipes btw! They all look so good.
Hi just loved this video !! I always make Alfredo and I’m kinda bored with it now😂. I would surely try pasta al limone and bell pepper pasta recipe!! But will it be okay if I use regular cooking oil instead of olive oil in bell pepper recipe??😅
I throw all my citrus skins in a big freezer bag instead of the compost and when the bag is full of orange lemon lime pineapple skins I throw them in a big pot with water and let it simmer for 20 minutes then I strain fill up a jug and keep it in the fridge, you got vitamin bomb tea you can drink it hot or cold if you decide to drink it hot you can always add a tea bag and honey.
