Here you go, three zero waste, non- toxic shampoos, all dervied from plant for a healthy scalp! Read to know how to use without any waste! It goes without saying, the food you eat is what is most important for your overall health - even for your hair.
Here are the recipes for your all natural shampoos :
🌺Hibiscus shampoo🌺
👉🏻 Collect hibiscus leaves, flowers & tulsi, wash them well
👉🏻 Squish it so that the plant juices release
👉🏻 Strain it and use it on your hair
👉🏻 Blend what is in the strainer, add some soap powder (find below) and use as body wash
💆🏻♀️Shampoo powder 💆🏻♀️
👉🏻 You’ll need peeled soapnuts (without seed), dried amla, shikakai, black cumin
👉🏻 Blend the above
👉🏻 Soapnuts tend to get clumpy as you grind so add rice if it gets too sticky
👉🏻 Sieve it, add some water, rice water (starch) or curd into the powder, mix and apply on your hair
👉🏻For what’s remaining in the strainer, used to make liquid shampoo (below) or blend it little water and use it as a body wash. You’ll be surprised to see that it gives out foam/soap! Also, soapnuts smell sooooo good!

👉🏻 Add shampoo powder above, fenugreek, flax seeds and neem powder and boil it
👉🏻 Once it cool, strain and use
👉🏻 What’s left over again makes for a great body wash!
