I used this to help me hold my breath I wanna go for the world record I'm only 13 right now so I have small lungs but this video made me relax while I was holding my breath but at 2 min I was already going crazy which is normal but I thought the music would help my average is 2 min 20 seconds but the music DID help I held it for 3 min 7 seconds my new personal record

I remember there was a time i was feeling reaally bad with my life and i just went to sleep with headphones while listening to this. After a minute or two i felt asleep but i could still hear the music and i was just dreaming that i was in a lake at night and i could see the moon and thousands of stars in the sky. there were some kind of shiny blue mushrooms illuminating the long grass and the sound of the water was really peaceful. i was with a little girl with green and shiny hair, i dont remember that quite well but being with her just gave me peace and hapiness in my heartand i like to think that the girl is a representation of my own soul, incarnated in an inocent child in love with nature. That was the best and most fulfilling experience i had in my entire life, and i have to thank you for making the soundtrack of that dream, its really beautiful and now everytime i feel bad i try to remember that place and i just feel happy, it is a really beautiful feeling and i feel blessed that i exprienced it :)

To this day, even after 3 years, i still remember that place perfectly, and sometimes it brings me to tears to think about it. Just close your eyes. Even for a few seconds. Concentrate on slow steady breathing. Try to relax your head on a chair back etc. Instant relief, you feel you're gonna fly away at any moment. That my friends, that is tranquility.

To whoever posted this, thank you. I've been dealing with depression for the past year and this has given me so much comfort knowing it'll be ok. I'm a college student going through all the phases and feel like I have to be at a million places all at once but for the time 20min, I felt in control for once. I really hope this helps others as well because no one deserves to feel like crap day in day out even though they try their best every time. It'll be alright now, life still might be difficult but I'm going to take this one day to the better.

Listening to this while watching homeschool video, but OMG the second song: I was listning to this one and at the same time watching my science lesson. Everytime my teacher would pause, some dramatic music filled in the pause, and it seemed like my dorky science teacher was from some sad/dramatic movie scene while talking about turtles XD. I've listened to New Age Music for a few years now... the first time I heard it, I learned how connected I was to music as a whole... I allow New Age to take me to where it wants to go... it's so nice to let it's soothing sounds to help me get back to myself and feel many positive thoughts about life.. to realize that life can be good... life is full of very talented musicians. Sometimes I like think of making a game and what music I would use in areas. An idea I have is a hidden village in a cave with a lake and THIS would be the music that plays.

was having one of the crappiest days possible until i ran a hot bath, plenty of bubbles and put this soundtrack on loud in the background. calling me chilled right now is an understatement!
