3 hours of light, relaxing and uplifting music - light music for work, while studying, to concentrate on a task or simply to relax. This is the 3 hour long version of my latest music piece: Flakstad. It comes with footage from an ocean view on a sunny day in Norway.

I believe music can be much more than just pure entertainment. It can be a beautiful soundtrack that accompanies us through a moment, through the day or through life. My goal and journey is to create the most beautiful music possible - one track at a time. To end up with a smooth, light and precious soundtrack for you.
Many use my creations as background music while doing mental or creative work, as music for studying, doing homework, as relaxing music, spa, bar, lounge, cafe music, as music for yoga, while meditating or simply to fill their space with calm and positive soundtrack.
My music is not as much about a genre as it is about a feeling. A way of life. With my music, I try to take a little heat and speed from our generally too busy lives. A soundtrack for you, when you feel the need for some calm and positive, cooling and liberating tunes.

I put this on my TV, and just curled up in a chair to knit, with a hot cup of Roobois Chai tea... I'm learning to replace all the negative news, movies and music that my body just does not want to take in anymore, with stuff like this. THIS is what I used to do, 30 years ago, before cable, streaming and smartphones.

I am a former Legal Secretary. Unfortunately I became an alcoholic. The drinking helped so I did not think about my family members who have passed away. I had a massive stroke in July of 2011. I was in St. Luke's intensive care for 3 months. I had bleeding in the brain, almost destroyed my liver, etc. Then went through rehabilitation to learn to re-walk, re-talk, re-read, etc. For some reason God kept me alive. I love this song. The quote in the beginning of the video can be interpreted how you choose, so it is neutral, and essentially weak. "You get in life what you have the courage to ask for." You can use courage to ask for anything. We need to wake up and see that quotes like these are neutral. It may be interpreted as righteous, and the authour may have another meaning to it. Do you really know this woman? Keep it light

Lets hypotize that she is a wicked woman. What would that quote mean in that case. Would it be possible that she means that she has the courage to rebel against god? In the context of her being wicked it would. What do she want to achievein life? Money, power? It all depends on how she really is. And to say that everybody knows that she is great does not cut it. You need to do deep research. It is a fact that people are literally worshipping this woman, and many others that are on tv. They influence the opinions and choices of those who are watching. In that sense they make great impact, because people trust them and think that they know them, based on superficial story they have seen on tv. The tv networks shows you exactly what they want. Is it truth, or is it a theatre? If you want to know the truth, you need to do some deep research. Those television figures are very powerful as long as people are watching. They are influencing choices and opinions. Stop watching tv and do some research.

Hi Brenda! It’s a numbering system. It stands for tune number 124 of this/my relaxdaily music series. You can find all of my ambient tunes of this series in this playlist ru-vid.com/group/PLAE6EB41B485F610A The other format I do on the @relaxdaily channel are those piano sessions. But it all started with those shorter ambient music tunes. When I started this project, that’s how I named my tunes. You can still find those on albums on streaming platforms (like here on RU-vid Music: music.ru-vid.com/group/OLAK5uy_mw6E7MbYW8vxPMROEqWDYcaQ77wKI5lRs&feature=share ) As you noticed, I switched to give wordy titles to my new tunes. Still, with the ambient tunes I keep additionally counting the number, also for those who enjoy the numbering system.

I use different sounds, Pelle. It’s a digital piano I currently use. But the sounds are not the ones that come with the piano. The last couple times I used piano sounds by NI. Happy to hear you like the sound :)

Luckily I still have one brother still alive. My oldest brother committed suicide by slitting his wrists. One of my twin bothers committed suicide from carbon monoxide poisoning. The other twin brother died unexpectedly. He was in the army stationed in Colorado Springs. He was a front seat passenger. An oncoming vehicle lost a front tire. It went through the windshield. Unfortunately he was decapitated. He was only 20 years old and in the prime of his life. Lori Banaszak/Haley Zimmermann.
