amazing, another natural tinkerer, just like me cant leave anything as intended and i take my hat off (if i wore one..maybe i should?? hmm) anyway good observation, have you reversed it yet, dont bother, lol
I so agree with that. I discovered it by accident just before the album was released and have been in love with the band since... How many years later, I'm still coming back for more.
Hey Mrs. Grey Are you awake yet ? Your beauty sleep is just a dream Those lines on your face They tell your story So now it's time for laser beam [Chorus] Ah look at you A thousand miles above the ground You're not coming down Ah what a view You drift about You're spinning around You're not coming down Hey Mr. Blue You feeling randy? Do you still flirt with her next door? Wearing that dress Nicked from your mother It does not fit you anymore [Chorus] Hey Mrs. Green Who's that you're out with? He's twenty five, but not your son Show him your bits It's what you're there for This woman's weekly keeps you young
Personally I'm getting more of a T-Rex/Sweet vibe off it. It doesn't have the orchestral backdrop for ELO, plus nor Beatles of Jeff Lynne tended to use a vocoder.
@@billyno-neck9576 back in the day, Daydream in Blue was used on a channel 4 advert, it's been covered recently and used on another advert, prepare for an influx.
I love this song. This is like ELO meets the White Stripes. But only the best parts of both. I don't have a huge liking for either ELO or the White Stripes, but I know several of their songs are just soooooo good & THIS song is like a cocktail of all that goodness. Excellent work. I'm going to listen to this song many many times throughout my life.
OMG, I love this song A LOT, I still don't know if I like Daydream in blue or this song better, but I listen to the originals bc all the originals are better but when I looked at the music video of Hey Mrs they used this mix and I started freaking out like was the original NOT the original? XD But honestly I like both versions. :P
They're British and just awesome. I've liked most f the stuff these two have been involved with. Although this is their first album on their own like this.
Afonso Lucas, I discovered this band right after my hubby and I first met and have been in love with them since then. It is hard for me to not listen... like old Portishead albums, I can't stay away. I think I love how much weird noises go into music like this.
Normally i hear Dubstep, Trapstep and German Battle-Rap, but this is so nice, never heard this before, its so extremly different compared to the other things i hear, but i like this very much =) and its not even a little bit similar to the music other hear in my age (15)
Perdiculak I was talking about the non-gay baby comment about I monster. I tought it was funny. "kkk" is a common keyboard laughing in Brazil, is like "lol".
Lily Allen did a huge plagiarism on that one when she did "f*ck you" which sounds exactly the same 😑 I Monster's version way better, the original is always better than the copy!
