3 IMPORTANT POINTS IN MARTELE 

✅ Challenge yourself to play martele from frog to tip ( It's most challenging). There has to be no noise before and after.
✅ The Bow has to be from point A to point B as fast as possible.
✅ Practicing bringing E string up into the bow.
