Today we are covering 3 lighting setups with only one flash. These lighting setups are meant to be simple, but effective.
All of these setups can be modified and enhanced using reflectors, bounce cards, or negative fill cards! Just have fun and experiment.

Great info. Question, why ISO 250 and not 100?

That’s a great question, honestly I could’ve went down to ISO 100 but I would’ve had to go up on my power on my light, but the noise difference between 100 and 250 is negligible, and the images already looked great! So I kept the settings as is!
