Hi Catherine, today was my dad’s birthday and guess what I made him? Your 7up clobber cake, but I didn’t use the pie filling peaches I used the canned peaches I drained them. It was a winner and we had it with Blue Bell Vanilla Ice cream. Thanks again and God bless you😁
Love your recipes and you. Thanks for speeding up the mixing parts of the video. I love the spice cake and apples idea but gluten free cake mix only comes in yellow or chocolate. I don't know how to make a yellow cake a spice cake.
This was a Weight Watcher's cake. I've made it before & it's amazing at how easy it is, yet it tastes amazing!! I've made it with peaches, apples, & cherry's and they've ALL been wonderful! I made the Cherry with a chocolate cake mix...AWESOME!
You never fail to to bring up memories of home when I watch your channel. I also miss home so much when I will watch your channel. A lot of these recipes that you do are kind of a new twist on what my mother used to do. And a lot of them are so much more easy than standing in the kitchen for 3 hours in the heat. Catherine I love you recipes and the way you cook is breathtaking. But I don’t have a bubbly soda and our house. Can I use flavored seltzer. I have a raspberry or cranberry seltzer. Also can I use jarred peaches that are cut up. I really wanna make this. I overdid it with the peaches when I bought them from Amazon
This looks delicious and easy. I would substitute spicy ginger ale for the Seven-Up just to give the batter more flavor. I bet stirring a little vanilla extract into the pie filling would brighten the peach taste as well.
..... for even more taste before putting peaches 🍑 in your baking dish ... season them in a bowl 🥣 with Cinnamon. Dash of nutmeg. Melted butter plus brown sugar and regular sugar.... don't forget a dash of vanilla

I've heard of this cake years ago, but never made one. I'm going to try it with cherry-pineapple, and Sierra Mist because that is the soda I have on hand. If I had some Baker's Cocoanut I'd toast some for the top, as well as toasted pecans. Just a note ... I watched a lady make several dump cakes, and for the life of me can't find her again; perhaps I saw her on Facebook. Anyway ... on some of her dumpcakes she poured, or drizzled Eagle Brand Sweet Condenced Milk over the top; it makes it crispy so I'm going to add that to my cake 👩🍳🥣🍰🧁Yankee Gal, QCA, Illinois, USA

There's a dump cake I always make around the holidays. One can of Apple pie filling and 1 can of whole Berry cranberry sauce. Then your cake mix on top with butter and I usually sprinkle some pecans on too.
This was an awesome dessert. I made the peach version and then a cherry pie filling version both using the yellow cake mix and oh yes had to have some vanilla ice cream on the side absolutly fantastic!!!!!!!!.
Oh, I HAVE to make this one, the various combinations are countless! Incidentally, I’ve been baking cakes with Diet Coke, ginger ale for years. They’re great for a trifle or jello cake, the cake is delicate, so unless you heat your frosting, it really can’t be frosted, but still delicious and a little less fat. I just discovered using yogurt and water instead of eggs, oil and water…….. delicious!! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with your growing fan base, Catherine! 😘🤗❤️

I made one with cherry pie filling I made. It was great. I'm always looking for deserts for my 88 year old Father as he doesn't want anything overly sweet. This did not disappoint. Tasted great!
Hi Catherine. That looked wonderful. I will be adding this to my recipe box. I grew up going to neighbors, family members and friends houses often. My mother would invite them back to our house too. Before anyone left to go home, a lunch was served to people. Those were the good old days when people actually had fellowship. Good food and fellowship.
