3 ingredient easy dessert / caramel rolls / caramel folhi / gerikiru folhi/ sweetened condensed milk rolls
This is one of the easiest, melt in your mouth desserts. Whenever I am in a hurry and out of ideas to make a dessert I make these. This recipe makes around 25 - 30 caramel rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 nos. eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (380g)
- Oil / butter (for greasing the pan)
Directions:
- On a small pan on low heat, lightly grease the pan with oil or butter. I used tissue paper as I don't want too much oil on my pan.
- Once pan is heated, scoop 1/4th cup of the batter and pour it into the pan. Immediately swirl the pan to get an even coating.
- Once the edges of the roll start to get lightly browned and bubbles start to form, start rolling the folhi using the tip of the spatula. If you are new to this, will take some time to get used to this.
- Repeat the process untill there is no more batter left. Also remember to mix the batter from time to time before pouring into the pan.
