OK, I have made this TWICE, and I can attest this is delicious! My bride absolutely loves it! The second time I modified the recipe to make it simpler. You might think it is more complicated, but it helped the cream "rise" better, as folding in the ingredients into it caused it to lose some of its fluffiness. So here's what I did. First I doubled the ingredients so I could use the whole can of condensed milk. In my Kitchenaid mixing bowl, I first blended the condensed milk, 10 Tb of 100% Cocoa and Vietnamese Cinnamon till it was smoothly blended. Then I poured in the cream, and put the bowl with everything in it, and the beater from my Kitchenaid in the freezer for half an hour. Then out of the freezer, mix on progressively faster speeds till on high for five minutes until the cream rises to its full extent. Fold in the chopped and roasted almonds, and 24 hours later you have some of the most delicious ice cream ever! Thank you Chef Kunal!!!

Chocolate caramel sea salt is another yummilicios ice cream combination. Also I have tried chocolate chilli chicken recipe daz also wonderful. Chocolate mint and hazelnut is again a combination.
Hey Selma I hear you on this one. Here are a few reasons for it - make sure it is in deep freezer for at least 24hours. - It must be the current weather which is quite hot right now so it will melt instantly. - most real ice creams melt quicker than the ones you get from the market as the market ice creams have stabilisers.

I also scream for Ice-Cream, but Sir you cannot be an Ice-cream vendor at times ! Lets try Paan and Chocolate flavour IceCream Chocolate chips + Paan Shake (Base) + Fennel Seeds or any Paan Flavoured Elaichi ! Crackle bhi add kar sakte hai with Chocolate...to get that burst and call it Pathaka chocolate flavour...wohmagic pops milte hai use combine kar do...it shall crackle and be ready !
