The 3 places look wonderful. The place with the different raw eggs would certainly be a totally new experience for me, but I like this kind of new and "crazy" experiences (I mean that in a very positive way) that you can get only in Japan. Thats one of the reasons why I love Japan so much. What I never would do however, is to eat at the 3 restaurants on the same day ! One per day would totally be enough.
Pls help feedback to the egg store owner to consider adding Natto option in his menu… Natto mixed with quality raw egg yolk, a bit of Shoyu & wasabi and sprinkled with some finely diced green onion is so good … high in protein, nutritious and popular dish with locals

I guess the Singapore equivalent to the egg dish in Japan is a soft boiled egg with soya sauce, salt and pepper and a buttered Kaya toast. It's commonly a breakfast meal. The waitress at the Shabu Shabu is awesome with her speaking/knowledge in english

"Tabehodai"... Living here now... this is truly the best place to go for culinary rewards. Now... if you can ever find me a Chicago Hot Dog or an Italian Beef Sandwich, you'll pretty much make life in Japan perfect! Really!

That’s so cool you replied! We’re still working on specifics, but generally our goal is to be Shizuka and eat all the good foods haha. We have too many things on the list right now!
