Yes. He has full jumping capability from his two rear legs. But if you slow the video down you'll see that on the landing his one front leg can't support his weight and his torso takes a good amount of the impact. Cats absorb a lot of landing forces using their front legs, which is why some people say it's easier for a cat to loose a hindlimb over a forelimb.
