I'm kinda sad that kreo has transformers and not lego. Edit: Looking back on this, I dont know why I was sad. Current me isn't really bothered by it, except for the fact that they arent in stores anymore. Maybe its cuz i thought lego would have made them transformable like the new Optimus Prime set instead of being a partsforming hellscape Too bad that thing's expensive as shit and i dont really play with legos anymore

Man. That imitation one really hits home for lego enthusiasts. Every time i buy someone's old legos, it is almost always half imitation junk. Separating it takes hours, and often it is apparent that only experienced builders could differentiate some pieces.

For the sake of lego collections everywhere, virtually every lego piece has the "LEGO" logo embossed on it. Which is easiest to tell if it has any flat stud surfaces, though every piece i have inspected that is lego has it.

The rokenbok I grew up with wasn’t a lego knock off but it’s own unique thing. Some parts were LEGO compatible but I don’t remember which and I never used them with legos because of the emphasis on the vehicles was much (and still is ) cooler .
